I’ve neglected my health over the past decade. I fell into a routine of overworking, late nights, early starts and unhealthy snacking to get me through it all. I’ve been in a state of  chronic exhaustion for the last 9 years and this lifestyle is starting to take its toll. It’s time I take a systematic approach to improving my health & fitness. I will start by educating myself in the areas I know are important (mindset, sleep, diet and exercise) and see where I go from there. I’m not expecting any overnight success and estimate this journey will take me about 3 years to complete. I also don’t want to pay for a gym membership so it’s my intention to go down the body weight fitness / calisthenics route.
